pillsRepeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions are computerised, please keep your tear off request slip from your latest prescription for reference.  48hrs notice must be given for all repeat prescriptions (except in an emergency).

PLEASE NOTE:  Prescription Line no longer available from 01.01.2021

For medication that has been given on acute from the doctor  and you wish to continue with this medication on repeat, then you will have to ring the surgery to speak to the doctor (our reception staff are not able to put acute medication on repeat)

You can still order prescriptions via:

  • Repeat request form (computer slip attached to your repeat medications)
  • Internet - through My Health Online
  • Letter - clearly stating patients name, address, date of birth, and requesting medication with a contact number in case of queries - please remember to include a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the surgery to post the prescription back to you.
  • Hand deliver to the surgery - posting through our letter box

In some instances pharmacies sometimes order for patients (elderly and/or  housebound)  but you will have to contact your local pharmacy if they are willing to do this.
